Online Payment of Fees

The payment of fees (Admission/Application) can only be done through online process. The payments made are subject to following conditions:

• The Institute will not be liable for payment of fee(s) which is deposited to any wrong account due to quoting of incorrect information. No liability will be taken by the Institute if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier for any reason.
• Transaction fees once charged would not be refunded/ reversed for any refund or reversal and chargeback of any transaction.
• Transaction fees charged would be borne by cardholder for any payment
• Admission/Application fees once paid which are non-refundable for any reason therefore, hence, not permitted to be claimed for refund

 Data Privacy

The Institute treats all the personal data obtained via Internet and Institute website as per Institute DATA Privacy Policy strictly and as per regulations set down for the protection of data collected from people visiting Institute website. The personal data that has possibly been known will be kept secret and privacy will be maintained and the information will be used exclusively for the purpose for which it was made known to the Institute. The DATA will neither be made accessible to any third party nor transferred in any form or manner unless required by law.

No Warranty

The information and materials contained in this site including graphics, links or other items are provided as on 'As Is'€ and 'As Available' basis by the Institute which organizes and tries to provide information accurately and expressly disclaims liability for error or omission in this information and materials. No warranty of any kind, implied, express or statutory, shall be given by the Institute, shall not be limited to the warranty of fitness for a particular purpose and freedom from computer virus is given in conjunction with the information and materials.

Limitation of Liability

In no event, Institute will be liable for any damage direct or indirect losses or expenses arising in connection with site or use thereof inability to use by any person delay of operation or transaction, computer virus etc.

Rights

In the event of any information in the application form being found false or incorrect at any point of time, the candidature may be cancelled/ terminated without any notice. The Institute has full rights to modify the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions as and when required.
